I’ve read that Ginko Biloba and Ginseng along with L-Anginine and good for penis growth. Is this true?

Herbal Supplements etc.

Hi there Maal !

I have to tell you that I’m no authority on this, BUT I am a user of some of these products.

Ginkgo Biloba is reputed to increase blood circulation generally, to all parts of the body.

Ginseng (there are various kinds) is said to give you greater potency, and is a kind of pick-me-up, feel-good type of drug.

I started using both of these a while ago, because I discovered suddenly I had type 2 diabetes; the significance of this to a guy, is that there’s a big danger that the diabetes will kill off your erections. I also started to experience this, though I’d not really recognized it as being a problem until my partner was hospitalized for 7 months due to a coronary condition requiring major surgery. This obviously affected my sex life, and then I began to realise that my nocturnal erections (and morning erections) were getting less or non-existent. That’s why I started taking herbal supps.

I don’t think that, in themselves, you will experience any actual “growing” just by taking the pills. What I will say, is that the Ginkgo definitely has improved my blood circulation, and the pains which I get in my feet ( athersclerosis ?) and possible nerve damage, have definitely decreased since I started the ginkgo a year ago. I’m hopeful that by taking these things regularly in controlled amounts, I will eventually get back some of the 8 inches which diabetes robbed me (I’m now only about 6” or so IF or when, I manage a “normal erection” !) I can’t see that taking ginkgo can do any harm, and if it improves circulation, then surely it must also help with the erections ???

Added to that, I’ve started vacuum pumping (see my posts on that part of this site - Pumpers Forum) I’m convinced that the ginkgo is helping to get the blood where I need it, and the object of my pumping is to stop losing any more of my former length, by doing a daily routine pumping which allows blood to be drawn into my cock several times, to erection (in the tube), then releasing, and starting over. This promotes good blood flow, which is essential for good penis health, and is normally provided by nocturnal erections during REM sleep, but also by the odd little erections a healthy guy should get during each day; this is nature’s way of keeping the blood flowing into our most important bit of gear !

The Arginine: This is a new one for me. Avocet8 (on this site and others) advised me to take this supplemenet every day, and I’ve only just managed to run it down in England. Like Yohimbe, which does the job even better, they say, is definitely not available in England through legal sources anyway. It IS available in the U.S as a food supplement, but it does apparently have side-effects, so beware. Back to the L Arginine. This is an “essential” amino acid, not a vitamin or a herb. So far, I’m impressed with it, because it seems to be giving me back some nocturnal erections, but it’s too early for me to say more (Watch this space !). I am optimistic, and as a reader of this board, you may well be interested to know that my progress is slow, but sure. I lmit my pumping pressure because I’m not so much seeking to get a bigger cock (just to get my 8” back would be nice !), as to get into a good health routine. I DO notice that after pumping, my cock is much more impressive even when flaccid, and it makes me feel as sexy as hell - so that can’t be bad can it ?

Take care. email me if you like !
Good wishes to you and all guys on this site.

Vitamins

Hi Modest! Thanks for the reply. I understand what your dealing with as my wife has diabetes.(level 2) She has some of the same problems you do. (pain in her legs) Maybe she could try Ginkgo also.

In some of the vitamins that are supposed to enhance male health, they list those I wrote about. I was wondering if I got blood flowing to the desired areas that it would help in my “expansion project”.
