Where can you find it?

In what food can you find L-arginine, and niacin?

I should think any Pharmacy or Health Food store is Sweden should carry these supplements. These are commonly easy to find. One mail order source in USA would be Bronson Laboratories 1-800-610-4848, there are a ‘zillion” mail order supplemet distributors all of which would have this (in Sweden).

Ok, see i already got supplements like L-arginine, but i think its too expensive, 1 bottle(50 capsules, 500mg each) - 15-20 dollars.

I would like to know in what kind of food you can find it in..?
I know peanuts are 1, but its too fatty i think

You are getting ripped off at that price, if that is 15-20 bucks US. Try the GNC/Drugstore.com link at the bottom of the page and see if they ship to Sweden. I’ll see if I can find a list of foods high in L-Arginine or a link or something.

Yes i know L-arginine is really expensive up here in Sweden….

Here is a Google link that has about ten pages of info, I’ll let you choose which one you think is correct. :) Seems like to get the quantity of L-Arginine that most consider effective, you would have to eat a hell of a lot. Supps might not be that bad a deal after all.

EDIT: Try this link here Big Swede, they ship to Sweden and they have L-Arginine at somewhat reasonable prices. Let me know what you find out.
