Why not stop taking this medication ? If you don’t want to, then take it AFTER a PE workout.
There is no ‘particular brand,’ either you are taking Cialis™ or you are taking a knock off taladfil imitator.
I have never heard of this effect you describe.
I just Googled “Cialis side effects” and constipation isn’t one of them.
My guess is you have something else going on with you; I’d look at diet and any other medications and supplements you might be taking.
