Whole eggs and cholesterol

I’ve heard cholesterol found in whole eggs is good for testosterone production. How many whole eggs can you safely eat per day without worrying about clogged arteries from excess cholesterol?

I have heard two.

Ditto.. 2

Take out the yolk and eat as many as you want.

What I do is put some pepper on the hard boiled eggs after the yoke is taken out. The yoke is high in cholesterol. As to how many I don’t think it really matters only if you take the yoke out.

He wants cholesterol from the eggs and most of it is in the yoke if not all. If he was just eating egg whites then that’s just a good source of protein in my opinion, even though there are better ways to get protein; unless you really have a thing for eggs. Personally I wouldn’t eat eggs every day even though my salmon, cheddar, 3 egg omelet is amazing, I’d switch it up. There are also other foods that are good for testosterone production.

Goal: To gain that evasive girth I so desperately need.

Yes, high saturated fats and refined sugars can cause major problems, but only 1/5 of your total cholesterol level is produced by the food you eat.

I get my cholesterol levels checked regularly. During my serious bodybuilding years, I ate 5-10 egg yolks everyday for 15 years. My cholesterol levels hardly budged.

For those who have high cholesterol, a high fiber diet and daily doses of omega 3 oil are highly recommended. Stay away from drugs like Lipitor… it’s bad for your liver plus tons of other nasty side effects.

Observe... learn from other people's mistakes.

I eat half a dozen whole eggs or more each day. My bad cholesterol is amazingly low, and my hdl is high. But i dont eat refined carbs or high glycemic index carbs. When i was a vegetarian on a high carb diet, my cholesterol was high.

I agree with everything JAPP said.
