Lately I’ve started eating sugar free yoghurt on a daily basis (Yoghurt with oats/muesli) and I’ve noticed I’m shooting massive amounts of pre cum and my orgasms feel like they last longer. I’m not just dribbling pre-cum, but shooting it in big clear loads, something that I have never done before as I’ve never produced any noticeably large amounts of pre-cum before.

I’ve considered a few factors for the improvement in my pre-cum levels but I can only come up with yoghurt. I don’t take any additional vitamins, I haven’t been using my arg/l-citrulline combo for a few months now, I don’t drink much water lately (maybe 2-3 glasses per day) and my diet is pretty unbalanced which is why I started with the yoghurt combo.

Anyone else a regular yoghurt eater and also have large amounts of pre-cum?

So… yogurt was the key… I am sorry for all those post where they told you to take 1000 supplements.

How much yogurt? 100ml 200ml 500ml a day? I think supplements are cheaper too because here 1L is 18-20 krouns- 1,10-1,25 euros= 1,5-1,75$

I eat between 250g and 500g per day along with half a cup of dry oats/muesli mix.

Big time increase! Especially yogurt with natural fruit

Yogurt is all good, also seems to help your body reduce fat absorption, due to the calcium. It’s a winwin! :)

Quite impressive amounts through a whole year actually: Dairy calcium may reduce fat absorption from meals

Note to self: buy some yogurt.

Try this.. good before PE and what you need..

Blueberries
Lemonjuice
Honey
2 small bananas
Vanilla yoghurt
Vanilla ice cream

mix and drink before you PE..

Then you have another drink for your zink need..

Raspberry
Strawberry
Bananas
and water

Mix and drink..

Hope it’s ok to reply to an old thread but I’d appreciate as much detail about this as possible. Like type of yogurt, was the reaction immediate or did it build up with time, etc.

Did you also have an increase in precum from yogurt?
