You think it would be ok if i took L-Arginine and ZMA together before bed?
I just started my work out schedule again. And i usually take ZMA about 30-1hr after i eat and 15-30 mins before i hit the sack. Just curious to find out whether taking ZMA in combination with L-Arginine would be effective and safe? Any information on this would be much appreciated.

Im going to start off by taking only a 500mg capsule of Arginine with the recommended three capsules of ZMA which consists of Vitamin b6 10.5 mg 525%dv, Magnesium 450 mg 113%dv, and Zinc 30 mg 200%dv(as monomethionine and aspartate)
