Anyway, we can revive the thread, can’t we?

I take 65mg of zinc evryday plus some copper in the multi viti-min. Zinc helps with terstosterone development and helps to travle Testosterone to the nesesary receptor sites. Zinc with vitimin “C” prevents Aeomatase from converting Testosterone over to Estrogen.

Zinc really won’t help with test production(significantly). The only studies I ever saw where this occurred were in anemic patients. As for zinc + Vitamin C acting as a aromatase inhibitor that is absurd. Neither act as a suicide inhibitor nor have I seen any evidence that the combo will reduce production of aromatase.

The claim that zinc acts as an AI has been made here before. I searched the web and sure enough the statement appears in several places, mostly ads. The only study I’ve found even remotely similar was on rat livers . Aromatization was greater in zinc deficient rats. Big deal.

All the studies I’ve seen showing improvement in hormone levels from zinc have been on animals or men with either a preexisting or deliberately induced deficiency. The studies show a deficiency is bad and correcting it fixes things. It doesn’t follow that megadoses cause effects opposite of a deficiency.

If an extra high zinc level could significantly boost testosterone, inhibit aromatase or make you rich, we’d certainly know by now. Instead, taking way too much zinc has been shown to have negative effects on health.

Personally I find ZMA very good, even better than arginine (I take both). With ZMA I have the hardest nocturnal erection, and I have a much heavier flaccid hang all day. Kind of like taking cialis.
