rid of acne scars?

I have mild scaring from acne. I wondering if any of you have any experience or knowledge about micro dermabrasion, or facial scrubs?

I am very interested in improving my complexion. Does anyone have info on the best ways to diminish the appearance of acne scaring?

Struggling with a peyronies injury during sex and loss of size after having been into PE.

is it hyperpigmentation (red spots left over) ,or pitted scars?

Hyperpigmentation goes away on it’s own,it just takes time.I dont really know much about dermabrasion, but read this

Pitted scars? thats a different story from hyperpigmentation..

I’m sure you can find more alternatives as well. And,just so you know i’ve read about the Elicina cream on an acne forum and from what i’ve read it doesnt work that well.Just gave that link,so you could get some information.

Thank you very much for the links. I have seen most of the hyperpigmentation clear up already. I have a few spots left that I’m sure will heal in time.

I was really wondering about the pitted scars. I have some that seem to be small and shallow, while a few are larger.

I have some pretty mild acne scars, but they still bother me to no end and I do plan on getting them surgically removed after I am completely done with acne. I can tell you that the creams they sell for scars do not do a damn thing. I believe laser resurfacing is the way to go, just do a google search for it and you will learn tons. It has become a very popular procedure nowadays.

Doesn’t the laser procedure leave your skin incredibly sensitive to sunlight?

I saw on TV some gel strips that you put on your face they cost alot, and you had to wear them from a few weeks every night but they removed 99% of scar tissue.

Goingforsix, thank you very much for those links. They were packed with information.

Acne has probably made me shy away from more girls than my disatisfaction with my penis size has. It has really affected my perception of myself. It reality, it has affected my looks, and I hate that. In the long run, I can already tell that it has stunted my social skills with girls. I have a tough time socializing with single women.

kojack10 i was in the same boat only in the last few months have my spots gone and i have been able to start regaining my self confidence and social skills.

Since I’ve realized that my social skills had been hampered by avoiding approching women that I’m attracted to, I have began to try to take the right approach to being able to communicate with girls that interest me. PE helps me build confidence, knowing that I’m unique and wonderful in just one more way.

For a period of time, full recovery takes a matter of months, but is permanent. Those creams don’t work, I am living proof of that.

Several different variations of it, but in a word, yes. Ranges from 1,000-5,000 dollars, depending on the type of laser, the amount of skin, and the number of visits it takes. Do a Google search on laser resurfacing for more info.
