It’s time to build a new Galactica!
Me and the wife are trying to start a family. Curious what others have done to adapt their PE during such times. I’m a regular with PE, been doing this more or less for about five years, and my typical routine involves:

-Kegels
-Wet jelqing
-Full package pumping with heat
-Regular pumping with heat

I’m leaning towards no full package pumping, but otherwise maintaining a regular routine, but more geared towards EQ rather than gains. Much lighter in general, maybe 2-3 days a week and essentially nothing when she’s ovulating. I’m also taking D-Aspartic Acid for its effects on sperm quality.

Anyways. Fun times. Near daily sex is marvelous, ha.

Heat near the testicles and conception are incompatible.
Sperm dies at elevated temperature.

You have to do the opposite, keep your testicles cool to promote healthy sperm.

Increasing testosterone and HGH naturally by incorporating some intermittent fasting combined with fasted exercise can in theory lead to a higher sperm count.

For women, having a diet high in healthy fats (avocados, salmon, walnuts, etc.) can help with hormonal balance and fertility.


STARTING: BPEL: 5.9in EG: 5.0in

2018: BPEL: 6.7in EG: 5.3in

NOW (start 1/2024): BPEL: 6.9in. EG: 5.4in

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.
