Aging freckles on dick and scrotum?

Hi.

I noticed formation of freckle like spots on my dick and scrotum. Not all of the sudden but they got more with time. One spot even looks like a reverse vitiligo. A more tanned spot. I’m white but not old and dick area is not exposed to sun so aging freckles seems weird.

Anyone else got something similar and knows what it is? Could it maybe be caused by PE? It doesn’t seem harmful but it’s still strange.

It’s from PE. Do you pump? I have similar. Not sure about the scrotum, though, unles you pump your sack.

I air pump but overall I did more hanging. The scrotum one is little weird and not really a freckle and never ballpumped. More like small tan patch with smooth fade-out. Also have a similar spot on my dick.

Are the pump freckles permanent and are there ways to remove them without laser treatment?

Permanent. There’s a mildly acidic solution you can put on your skin, Admire My Skin Dark Spot Corrector Remover. Some people here have used it with success. I have some, but haven’t used it because the peel-off period takes so long. Might get around to it someday, though.
