Hey everyone

I used to be a member many many years ago (7) and am back to increase the size of my penis

Could anyone suggest a good starting point ? And if at all possible suggest good exercises, diet or supplements to help increase the amount of cum I produce.

It seems as though the amount has decreased over the years.

Soy protien in milk daily works for me. Non-GMO if possible

zinc for volume and shininess. L-arginine for volume. Lecithin for thickness. Those all worked for me. Some people have used Maca with some success.

Oh, and celery. Lots of celery.

There are some power points in the body, when masage regularly not only produce good amount of cum, but also gives good energy to the body. I will explain this exercise in two to three days..I have diagram sketch of that points.

I can vouch for the lecithin, l-arginine (the stuff is fantastic if you want to get the most out of a workout, as well), and zinc. Tempted to add celery, too, based on what I’m hearing.
