I’ve managed to reach orgasm with a partner while pretty high on E all of three times, ever. In all cases it was from vaginal sex, not oral, as it needs to be really intense stimulation rather than the sort of tickling you get with a tongue/lips. It was so intense that it did occur to me, in an abstract sort of way, that I might be about to die - but felt so good that I didn’t really care at that point.

I’ve found other speed-type stimulants (amphetamine, meth, mephedrone) aren’t *quite* as bad as E for inhibiting orgasm. You can still end up with a very sore dick and a sore partner/hand if you’re not careful, of course.
