Intro [History]: I used to have a very low self esteem and strong depression with combination of porn addiction and its most likely ruin my brain. I got over all of these problems lately.
And I have been with 2 women in the last month. I have very strong erection while kissing and being intimate but in the moment I’m trying to penetrate or go sexual I’m getting soft very quickly.

I tried to search in google but It didn’t gave me too much information about therapy but guided imagery and I already tried this kind of things in the past and I don’t think its will solve my problem.

The Good News is that your penis functions. “Performance Anxiety” can be difficult to treat but is treatable. Most advice is therapy, guide imagery and even hypnosis. A few medical studies have reported success with usage of Trimix, or similar, for a brief period in order to regain confidence and get your head out of the way.

In some cases a sexual surrogate may ba able to provide the appropriate help.

Here’s what I would try.

Discontinue all porn or explicit imagery. If you get good morning wood you can probably jerk off 1-2 times a week without porn. Gotta make sure the brain is wired to be with real women.

PE with an EQ related jelq only style routine (maybe throw some edging in there)

Do cool ass shit in your life that makes you feel awesome. I personally prefer lifting weights, and spirited driving to make myself feel good. (Confidence is everything and it isn’t always free)

Be honest about your struggle with your partner to avoid as much embarrassment as possible.

Keep trying. If it happens again go completely nofap until it works.

Since I started doing P.E and stopped consuming so much porn, my erectile quality has improved. But I gotta be honest, sometimes I do watch it, but not to the same extent I used to.


Had the same issues with my wife last year, hard as a rock kissing and as soon as she went down on me or sex was imminent I’d go soft, wet noodle soft. Quit porn and I got back up good!! No porn for 14 months now I love it and hope everyone trying stays off it, it will get better for you soon. :)

I even tried just to watch some naked women in the internet and its preventing me from getting erection.

I went to urologist and he told me everything is fine and gave me viagra anyway for self-esteem boost.
