Bulging veins on flaccid penis

I’ve noticed that sometimes during my jelqing/stretching routines I end up with a flaccid penis with bulging veins - these veins don’t even seem to be that bulgy when I’m erect. I was wonder if anyone ever has experienced this, or if it might point to a circulation problem.

It’s more likely to be veins that have been stretched heavily. It might be worth while easing off the pressure a bit. However if they are painless and yu have no problems . then it’s probably OK but don’t try more pressure.

This should be fine. Veins don’t expand or contract (at least not at the same ratio as your penis), so they seem more prominent when flaccid. I have the same kind of thing 24*7.
