Try urinating into a jar and see if there is any cloudiness or bits floating about.
Also, is there a discharge from your penis. Is the stinging at the top of your penis or all down the inside shaft. (If just at the top that may just be where it was being nibbled).
If so, seek help. It’s better to be checked than leave it unchecked and have more problems.
