Can not feel psychological pleasure?

I can feel physical pleasure but not psychological pleasure . Physical pain is nearly block out completely

Sexual fantasy seems the only way I can get psychological pleasure, But I was only able achieve it on two occasions.

physical pleasure is good but not as great as mental pleasure or the combo of both at the same time.

I am starting to believe my brain reward system is broken :(
