If I were you and looking to acquire some Cephalexin, Amoxycillin, or perhaps Tetracycline, I would check the same online Rxs’s that I had used to shop for V or C. Plenty will NOT carry what you are looking for but you might find some that do. :shrug:

I have been taking Cephalexin and it is better but not gone. I had an old script from my son. I think Cipro is the way to go.

The reason I suggested Bactrim is because I had good success with it, but I did end up taking it for 8 weeks.

When you get prostatitis, it is a deeply rooted infection and perhaps the reason your infection keeps coming back is because you never totally eliminated the infection in the first place. Prostatitis is much harder to get rid of than a simple UTI/bladder infection. I made sure to keep taking the antibiotic for a couple of weeks after my symptoms went away to make sure I got it all.

Whatever you end up taking I would suggest getting enough for 6 to 8 weeks worth of treatment to make sure you wipe the infection out for good.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

And after full treatment, ask for a semen culture. If you still have bacterial infection in your prostate (it’s hard to kill), it would show up in the culture. If clear, you are probably good to go.
