Please lend a hand to this newbie. I’ve done an exhaustive web search for the term “CDS orgasm.” The only hits were Thundersplace and a bunch of sites selling sexy CDs (compact discs).

The hits here at Thundersplace use the term, but I haven’t been able to find a definition.

I found some info on hitting the cul-de-sac on some women’s magazine website. It says nothing of the size the penis has to be :D , simply that the woman can change her positioning to allow the man to reach the CDS:
