Chronic pain and masturbation

Chronic pain and masturbation

I live with chronic pain. Masturbating helps ease this. During a recent flare up I’ve been a bit rough massaging my glans through my foreskin for the stimulation it took to ejaculate. It has been leaving a red mark on my glans. What do I need to do differently? I don’t mind using a vibrator if this is best. I am just not sure and wondering what others have to suggest. The physical act of masturbating helps a lot with near constant pain. I am not wanting to stop something that is working. But please don’t devolve this into lust based.

I’ve had a very honest conversation with a friend who knows me in real life. He is suggesting I use my non dominant hand so I don’t put as much friction onto my glands.

chronic pain doesnt exist as a disease. It is medical negligence. It has its origin in nutritional deficiencies, its reversible and curable, but allopathic medicine does not have the knowledge nor training to do so.

If I was you, I would put all my effort to educate myself and cure my condition first.

I agree with this. Find the root of the pain and work on that. CBD did wonders for me through all my injuries as well. (Torn shoulder, bicep) I also did complete rehabilitation (at home on my own) and am now back to normal.

There are tears in my joints causing the pain. Eating the right thing or taking the right supplement isn’t going to fix this. I am not wanting to discuss in detail what is wrong.

I understand. However, the only thing that can reverse and cure your chronic condition is your own body under the proper environment of nutritional support. A drug will never cure you as the body cannot re-build tissue out of thin air or pixie dust. The drugs will only treat symptoms and carry with them high toxicity that will cause other areas to fail over time.

You could really benefit by seeing an experienced and well reputable Naturopathic Doctor.
