What is the cause of cold testicles ?

Even when they pull upward, are they still cold? Because that’s the body’s natural response to keep them at the right temperature and probably to help protect them.

mine are still cold in hot weather I find myself frequently shining heat lamp on them to warm them up but they just go back to cold again fast like freezing cold.

Talk to your urologist.

First post on the forum.

Both my testicles did not descend when I was a baby. I had them surgically brought into the correct position within the first few months of life. But it’s meant that I am infertile and also have very small testicles. I also have issues with premature ejaculation. Hoping getting into PE will give me more confidence and also help with the premature ejaculation.

Have any members here come across any interventions that can help for people with small testicles? My testicles make normal amounts of testosterone (as per blood tests) but make no sperm. So I’m not looking to have a testicular prosthesis implanted. Looking for something that would increase scrotal volume whilst leaving my own testicles in place.. If such an intervention exists!

I had one of mine surgically brought down. I’ve been pumping my balls and have had great success. No implants needed.

Are there any threads dedicated to pumping testicles? I’ll have a look at the newbie guide for penis pumping because I’ve got no idea about that either!

Could it be a natural bodily response? Heat kills sperm and perhaps the family jewels want a family.
