Couple of Green Tea Question

I was thinking about making kingpole’s erection tea and it sparked some questions about green tea in general to me.

1. If I were to make a pitcher of green tea and put it in the refrigerator and drink it slowly within about 3 days, how much of the full benefits would still be there? I read somewhere that the catechins and things go away after a certain time.

2. How long does it take green tea’s effects to be noticed?

3. This question came up after thinking about question #1. Would it be best to only make enough for that day?

I drink 3 to4 cup of tea a day. I don’t know about question 1 or 3 for sure, but I would say it is better to make your tea each time you want some. It is also way more tastefull. If you drink 4 cup a day you will feel a bit of difference in your energy level after 2 weeks and it should keep rising for 2 or 3 month slightly. They did some test with mouse giving them the equivalent of 3 cup in proportion of their own bodyweight to group a and they other group receive no tea. After 2 month group a had 20% more energy in endurance activity. Their is also a lot of other great stuff about tea. I gift from the god if I may say:)

I’ve read a while back ago that green tea also increases SHBG… So I guess moderation is the key to everything, including green tea.

Thinking about buying that tomorrow, as I only have english breakfast tea in my house now:P Is the name only “green tea” on the package? What´s it made of?

Is there a version of green tea that actually tastes good with all the usual benefits? I use the green tea with colon cleanse on the front and I add honey and lemon. It still tastes funny. Yes I make it right I’m just not liking the taste of that green tea. Is there another green tea that I don’t know about that is actually good?

Try white tea, it’s just a more subtler finer type of green tea. The taste will grow on you.:)

There are almost infinite varieties of green tea. Try a Chinese supermarket and see shelves full. Experiment!

I have the colon cleanse green tea. I don’t know how or if this tea is different from others. But why does it say to only drink for 10 days at a time? Do the other green teas suggest the same?

I would guess (and it’s only a guess) that anything brewed, like coffee or tea, has most benefits if it’s fresher, and if it’s freshly brewed.

I really like green tea and found different blends with dried oranges, lemons and all kind of aromatic plants and such. There is a difference between black tea and green tea which makes green tea better for it’s health benefits, although it won’t give you the energy kick black tea provides.

I will be the first to mention that you need to keep seeping time to around 2 or 3 minutes. Anything longer and you get a cup of green sour crap.

I have a coffee maker and I always put it on the same setting. So it’s good.
