Unfortunately PDE5 do not really solve my problem (at any dose really), they only help a little. At least cialis solves the awkward timing issue of viagra, but I am still needing to use a constriction ring. FWIW I’m 34 and extremely healthy, but the urologist does not seem to have any really good answers for me.

Do you rely on or watch porn for erections, masturbation or anything related to getting off? Are you in a relationship right now? Sorry to pry, but I was having issues earlier this year and I’m very healthy and quite fit and I had ED due to porn. A few weeks after quitting and I’m cutting through sheet rock again ;)

Starting length, Spring 2003: bpel 6 3/8", bpfsl ~6 1/2", flaccid ~3-4" (never measured flaccid stretched or hanging flaccid; starting girth was probably ~5"-5 1/4")

Summer 2004: bpel 7 7/8", bpfsl 8 1/8", flaccid ~4", erect girth 5.3"

Spring 2018: bpel 7 1/4", bpfsl 7 5/8", erect girth 5 1/8"; Spring 2020: bpel 7 3/4", bpfsl 8", erect girth 5 3/8". Current - August 2023: bpel 7 3/4", bpfsl 8", erect girth mid shaft 5 1/4" (5 1/2" at base)

The doc gave me a prescription for taladafil (Cialis) last year. We essentially tossed a coin and picked the 10mg dose. It took a while for me to experiment with them.

The 10mg makes things more responsive, with a fuller flaccid, for three to four days. I didn’t notice any side effects. When I saw the doc last week I got a new prescription, enough for two per week for three months, same dose. He brought up the daily dose, which I probably should have gone with, but I said I’d like the twice a week instead.

Price for generic (made by Ajanta) through my medical insurance: $9.96 per 24 tablets.

The receipt says, “YOUR INSURANCE BENEFIT SAVED YOU: $1721.53”

Yeah, like anyone believes “suggested retail price” is $1,731.49, or $72.15 per tablet. Bear in mind the manufacturer, the distributor, any other intermediaries, and the pharmacy are all making a profit. At $9.96, that’s 42 cents per tablet my cost, probably 10 cents or less to my insurer.
