Damaged penis when going through puberty

When I was twelve my parents had me circumcised. I kept masturbating a lot before my penis fully recovered from the surgery I was wondering if this could have caused permanent damage to my penis. I didn’t use any lube when I did it either.

Yikes they did that to you at twelve! What for?

Seems to me you would have noticed if it was causing any damage (bleeding, torn skin) at the time. And thus any permanence of such would be apparent to your eyes today.

So I guess I’m asking is there something else going on besides visually that you think could be related to that incident?

No all they do is cut skin not tissue, what are you talking about.

Well not deep tissue then, not dealing with function of the erection.

My question is whether masturbating before I fully healed from the surgery could have hurt me in the long run.

I’m not cut, but if you haven’t experienced any problems then there is nothing hurt.

Maybe, maybe not. Depends on if you caused more damage than what the operation it self did. But either way I don’t think it would have hurt your long term penile health because whatever damage you would have done would be superficial just like circumcision.

You need to let everybody know what sort of damage you think you caused. It seems so me that you’re not even sure if it’s damaged or not. So how can we tell you if we can’t see your dick or know how it’s working.

Are you having some problems with ED and you’re worried that your ‘possible’ damage caused something like this?

Is there massive scaring beyond what the normal operation would have caused and your worried that this will somehow affect your performance in some way?

If you’re not sure but you’ve felt guilty all these years about jerking off after surgery when you knew you probably shouldn’t have been and it’s affected how you feel about your unit then it seems to have affected your mind more than your dick.

Your right Mtn High, I don’t know if its damaged or not, I just needed to know if what I did could’ve had a negative affect. I dont know a lot about ED but I can get erections really easily. I do feel guilty for doing what I did, seeing as I could’ve ruined my dick doing it, but none of the doctors told me to avoid jerking it while it was healing. My parents didn’t either, I was 12, And had just discovered masturbation a few weeks before the surgery so it was hard was hard to stop. I didn’t really feel any pain while i was doing it

You didn’t feel pain, you don’t feel any now and everything works.
