Dickinson, RL 1933 Atlas of Human Sexual Anatomy. Williams & Wilkins, Baltimore.Dickinson was not only a researcher and practitioner, he was also a superb illustrator. This volume contains an impressive collection of detailed drawings of human reproductive anatomy. Provides detailed measurements of variation in male and female genitalia. Many of the drawings were based upon direct observation of vaginal reactions during arousal using a lighted transparent tube. A forerunner of Masters and Johnson that actually provided more information that their later book.
