I experimented something that left me euphoric and dubious. I edged for maybe an hour (not even sure), playing with the PONR, getting really near of it, then calming down. The only thing I did that was different from the other times was that I used the reverse kegels to relax when I was too near from the PONR.

Then something happened. My heart started to beat faster and faster to the point I started to freak out. The sensation was incredible. Way different from ejaculating. It lasted for 30 seconds, maybe more. It came progressively and stopped progressively too. I did not ejaculate: no involuntary kegels, no semen, nothing. It was just that incredibly powerful sensation and my heart beating like I was on a roller coaster. When it stopped completely, I was still hard. The excitation was gone, but not completely, as if I just started masturbating.

I was in that state, when you just had sex and you’re so relaxed that you just want to sleep. I could have continued but I didn’t, too amazed by what just happened.

Does it sound familiar to some of you? Was it a dry orgasm? I don’t really know how to call it but an orgasm. I tried to read about it, but it is always described as an ejaculation without emission. That’s not my case since it was nothing like an ejaculation. It would be great if I was able to do that whenever I want (while having sex for example), but I’m not sure I’ll be able to do that again.

I wonder if some of you are able to master it, and how do you do it.

That is a terribly too long of time for the body to balance esteem, excitement, erection, and execution. Have sex for an hour, but do not edge for that long. Next time, practice gaining erection, then deflating to flaccid. The fatigue will come in different kinds. Monitor the draining of your penis, there are many PIs for us to study from this action the body takes.

The eventual control of the penis ( during an edging session ) should be to bring your being to the rise of PONR ( fullest engorgement reachable, inhale reverse kegel ) relax entirely to flaccid in exhale. Perform at a routine of only once a day immediately after loss of morning wood ( do not mistake the yearning sensation in the abdomen as a urination requisite, study this feeling personally ) Often I find in practice, resulting in waking and sitting up, erections in the morning will soothe relief without release of piss. If you do not have morning wood, wake up and perform this action the same.

Think to yourself, how do I describe controlling my arousal state ( body, mind )?

What you stated, I would describe as such. The focus of your attention went some place other than where you generated it.

I would adjust it. Savor the starting energy, focus that until it is vast, then move on. After a certain period of performing practice has passed, You will increase the amount of Rises ( erections at the PONR ) you achieve and Valleys ( penis completely flaccid ) and monitor time. Now, Remove time entirely for your current testing.

Thanks for your answer. I think I hear you. I should try and reach the state I’ve experimented (i.e. the highest state of arousal I’ve known, i.e. what you call the Rises) without getting used to edge for that long, and when I’ve reached it, calm down and stop altogether. And while my arousal state increase, pay attention to the body/mind connexion. But why should I do it after my morning woods?

Not sure I’ll do it once a day though, I don’t edge that much.
