There are some hospitals and universities with medical schools nearby so I can look into it. I’m guessing you don’t have to be enrolled as a student to gain access?
I think the internet is a double edged sword. I know you’re a Trump supporter, and overall I’m not really a supporter, but one thing I really like about Trump is the fact that the powers at be didn’t want him to win. Could he have won without the internet?
I know my dad has saved a ton of money on car repairs thanks to the internet.
The internet is really just a powerful tool, that can cause great benefit or great harm. Think about those futuristic alien movies, where the aliens have one consciousness where they are all connected, and can immediately communicate with one another. The internet is sort of becoming like that. It is the universal mind of humanity.
I know I’ve criticized a guy who wrote what I call the hard flaccid coping religion book, but there are a few people (a very small percentage) who legitimately did get cured through physical therapy, which they learned of through that book. If not for that information, discovered through the internet, those people would never have gotten help. In the cases of injuries, what it boils down to is desperation. The symptoms aren’t going away and no one can help, so they try whatever they can find.
So in the madness of the universal human consciousness that we call the internet, sometimes great ideas can arise and help a lot of people. It’s just a lot of information, and a lot of it is wrong. But not all of it. Look at this forum.
I’m interesting in utilizing the internet to get the most out of it. Organized, focused discussion, rooted in the type of knowledge that you speak of, but open to carefully and methodically applying that knowledge towards not conventionally understood scenarios.
For now I’ll start by following through on your suggestion and hopefully I can get a copy of the book.
