What Are Pearly Penile Papules?

I can’t post in the health section, sorry. They are weird looking I am glad they aren’t bad though.

Penile papuples are very common, I think lots of people have them and they don’t cause any problem

Yup I think they might be genetic? Who knows but I have a few that aren’t that bad. They have faded and are natural penile color now thanks to jelqing!
