Perhaps that language is a little strong. I don’t mean dangerous as in ‘life threatening;’ the only danger is not accomplishing your goal, which is to train your body to know where it is in the process and learn how to ride the waves of arousal into orgasm - with or without ejaculation.
News flash: Ejaculation is caused by an involuntary spasm.
We have no control over it. Zero.
What we have control over are is our behavior under various states of arousal up to the point of no return (PONR). How we negotiate these states is the key to ultimate staying power.
What I’m suggesting has to do with really giving yourself adequate space to tune in to the sensations and re-train your body. Developing the sensitivity to learn when to stop, breathe, and re-adjust, so you can go past that first plateau that typically leads to ejaculation.
Ultimately, we want to be able to reach orgasm without ejaculation, and only ejaculate when we decide.
When you can achieve this your sex life will take on an entirely new dimension.

After: I\'d like to show you something I\'m very proud of, but you guys in the front row will have to stand back.
