Hi all, I recently had a brief conversation with my twin brother (not identical, but very very similar in looks, height, age obviously!) and he was telling me how he needed to replace the headboard on his bed because of all the stains on it from (failing) washing out semen from various encounters with girlfriends.

This came as a big shock to me as I’m definitely a dribbler when I ejaculate. I asked him if he always sprays it out and he said almost always. The only big difference between us is that he exercises a lot - cycles competitively and lifts a lot of weights, whereas I am relatively sedentary.

I guess there is still a lot of genetic difference between us, but I wonder if all the exercise has had an effect. We both eat quite healthily.

I wonder if anyone here has experienced increased power in their ejaculations as a result of training themselves over the years?

I do have opposite problem. I used to have really powerful ejaculations when I was 20-22yo but right now (27yo) its horrible. I do not sleep well, my BMI is not that bad (its 25.5 or so) I do eat some junk food from time to time but mostly I do eat healthy and drink mostly only water or sugar-free green tea. Well, I do not work out at all. So it may really be exercises that makes ejaculations powerful.

Kegels to strengthen those pelvic floor exercises help. But it’s more about pressure control than anything—-like putting your finger on the end of a garden hose to make it squirt farther. In this case, though, you hold your cock at the base and slightly squeeze. He may be holding his cock in this or some certain way.

Would increasing the amount of semen help? Or not the amount of semen per se, but the amount of liquid, non-thick stuff that comes out. The thinner it is, the easier it should be to launch, right?

To some degree, yes. But again, it’s pressure control. I can pull out of my wife (missionary) and shoot over her to hit the wall behind the head. I’m just a guy, not some porn star. I pinch at the base with two fingers, but not so hard as to stop the flow.

Strong pelvic floor muscles mostly. Also the longer you hold off makes a difference, as well as what Don mentioned about pressure control and how you grip your unit and also even your timing of when you kegel while you release. It all plays a part.

I’m gonna try the pinch thing. Do you also wait a little bit before it shoots out and then push it or something like that? Or do you just pinch with one hand and pull with the other
