Ejaculations And Hard Flaccid

How do you stop ejaculations causing hard flaccid and shriveled up flaccid? If I go like a week with no ejaculation i don’t get hard flaccid that much but after ejaculation and for days I will have hard flaccid and much smaller flaccid. How can I prevent this surely I should be able to ejaculate atleast 2-3 times a week without this happening.
