Erection And Cold Glans Issues

Any help would be apprecited

I am currently unable to make my own post so I will try it here and post where necessary. I am 25 years young and I’m experiencing issues with my sexual life due to injuries or something that I cannot explain, but hoping someone in this forum can relate or possibly understands the causes.

-Difficulty gaining erection
-Difficulty maintaining erection (only 75 percent erection)
-Head of penis not filling
-Urinary issues, weak flow, unable to completely empty unless I push on the spot between the anus and testicles
-Loss of feeling (as if its not there)
-Corpus spongiosum doesn’t fill up like it used to
-Penis feels cold as if its not getting enough blood when flaccid

Any help would be greatly appreciated, also to add I notice I get good blood flow from rubbing the same spot that helps me empty out extra urine (between anus and testicles)

Sounds like a perinal injury. When this all started? Do you practice biking or other activities that can stress that area?

Sounds like he pulled his dick too much now he has to pay the consequences

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

Yes, it’s definitely some kind of injury. Do to how serious it sounds I would go see a urologist and have him do some tests. Make sure you tell him 100% of what you know.

We could tell you shit but honestly without doing some diagnostic tests it’s kind of a shot in the dark. Not really worth it.

Anyways what I think is:

Just from what you describe it sounds like you have an injury to the muscles in your pelvic floor more specifically the PC (pubococcygeus muscle). You most likely have built up tension that’s preventing the PC muscle from flexing properly. It needs to flex properly during urination as well as to help with the erection process. Most likely if you do kegels (both pull and push motions) as well as give yourself massages for the pelvic floor it’ll help. Beyond that you could try electrical stimulation to help relieve tension but I don’t have any experience with this. I’d research the internet on how to relieve pelvic floor tension.

It is the bulbocavernous muscle, not the pubococcygeus; the latter is more important for females then males.

I would try massage and application of heat in the pubic area before going to a doctor.
