Ranges in parantheses.
Free cortisol in urine = 380 nmol/24 hours (45-272).
Serum cortisol in blood 08:30 AM 1034 nmol/l (138-690)
Saliva cortisol 08:30 AM 16,6 nmol/l (4,0-27,0)
Saliva cortisol 10:00 PM 6,6 nmol/l (<6,0)
Erection and libido problems is only one among many symptoms I have, but high cortisol could actually explain it.
I am cutting all coffee, replacing it with green tea (moderate amounts as there is still caffeine) and starting to use a supplement called phosphatydil serine which is supposed to decrease cortisol levels.
Very excited about this.
