Breathing into the pelvic floor while holding a knees to chest pose seems to be pretty nice, you can also add a few moves from this position (e.g. at the same time gently stretch left knee to left side and right knee to right side , or hold a one knee to chest pose (as opposed to both knees at the same time)).
Of course giving up on porn and paying attention to breathing and being relaxed while edging is still a must afaik, working on EL an arousal before stimulation is an other thing worth a try.
