Friction burns on penis

I recently noticed that I have some red friction burns on the top, bottom, and head of my penis. They are small red areas that look slightly deformed. Is there anything that can be done to get rid of or at least reduce the presence of these?

Or restore your foreskin so you can be stimulated frictionlessly by the rolling and gliding of the skin tube.
