Has anyone ever had white blood cells in their sperm?

Ok, I recently participated in a sperm analysis study, and come to find out I had traces of white blood cells in my sperm. They say that this is a sign of infection, I was asked if I felt any burning or tingling in my penis, which I didn’t at all, so they said that it is possible that the infections may have cleared up on its own, but if I wanted to I could see a doctor just in case. Has anyone ever had this happen before? Also, how do you get an infection in your sperm anyway? Is it possible that PE had something to do with it? I would love to hear if anyone has any knowledge on this.

Starting: 6 7/8 EL X 4.8 EG (estimated since I didn't measure)

Current: 8.5 EL X 5.5 EG

Goal: 8.5 X 6.25

Interesting link gprent! I wonder why this isn’t talked about more. Every man should have knowledge of this. I never even knew this was possible, it makes me wonder how did I get the infection in the first place.

How do you know they’re blood cells? Sometimes thick clumpy spots in semen are a sign of not drinking enough water

You can’t see blood cells with the naked eye. His white blood cells were discovered by lab analysis using a microscope.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.
