Have I broke my penis

Have I broke my penis

When I have sex, every now and then, I accidentally stroke it near the vagina, and off course it hearts, it feels like I’m about to break it, then I stop for a few minutes, most of the time I lose my erection.
I have a really big upward curve, from what I remember, I always had it.
I became a lot more aware about my penis in the past 2-3 years, maybe I’m wrong and I used to have a straight penis but I don’t really remember, today it happened again I missed the vagina and pushed my penis against the bone or something there, it is bendable.. And that’s the reason that when I miss the vagina I feel like I’m about to break it.

When I have a 100% erection, I can bend my penis (upward) too(?) easy, but I can’t bend it downwards, I always thought that it has something to do with the fact that I have an upward curve, can you bend your penis when you’re 100% erect? And I mean is it easier for you to bend it upward then downward? (Is there a big difference between the directions?)

So, what I’m basically saying, after one braking his penis, there is a scar that causes a curve (like Peyronie’s Disease), maybe I did broke it in the past, and it cured (with a scar that explains the curve) and that will explain a lot, but, if I did brake it, it was a long time ago, do you think I can fix it now? (The scar issue - meaning the curve) it can also explain the venous leakage that I have (poor me, fucked up huh?) and the fact that the top third of my penis is always lifeless, it’s dead (when flaccid) and when erect, it is the most undeveloped part of my penis, from the CC and the CS, my CS at that part doesn’t expend at all, and my CC’s girth there is really on the small side - the upper third of my penis is undeveloped, and it’s right after where the curve starts.

What do you think?

Conquering my goals.

It’s easier for all of us to bend and erection toward our abdomen than downward.

There is a very simple and painless test, OS_q, that can be done in a urologist’s office. It’s called a Doppler color sonogram. It can usually pinpoint plaque (scar tissue). Since you think you also have venous leakage, this is a good test for you because the sonogram also indicates blood flow in and out of the penis.

Most penile “breaks”, by the way, occur when guys are stroking and miss the target, hitting the partner’s pubic bone instead.

or when a girl tries to ride you like a wild boar, like what happened to me this past weekend. I had a close call, this is why I hate the bottom.

My goal is to be the best me, mind, body and soul, PE is part of achieving the best me.

Yeah. I definitely picture you as a top.

Good of you to play along, though.

I have had similar problems when being ridden. One thing you can do is put your hands under the thighs and grab her ass. If she begins to land too hard you can lift her slightly, so you don’t get jammed up.

I think it should be said, though, that this is a good problem to be having just about any way you look at it. :leftie:

I had a Doppler color test, but the urologist was looking for a leak and not for a scar tissue(I think), for the matter of fact I had 2 Doppler color examines, one found the leak in my duracel vein, the test that did found the leak was with a newer equipment but it wasn’t an urologist that did it, it was an interveintional radiologist, he was looking for a leak too, the only place where I had a leak what in that particular place in the duracel vein (under my fatpad).

When my urologist saw my erection he asked me if I maybe broke my penis, and told me about the Doppler test, but when he did it I was maybe 50% erect, and I don’t think that he could find something with that poor erection, and that’s why he couldn’t find the leak too (that and his very old machine must contributed) the fact that you can see the real curve just when you’re 70%+ erect is important to know if everything it in place, and the doctor told me that everything is fine with the 50% erection, he couldn’t really find a leak or a clue for breaking something when my shaft wasn’t hard and the blood still came in and out.

I don’t see a big problem with the blood flow, I don’t think that a man in my age can have a serious problem with his blood flow event if he has a leak, the blood flow it still very strong, in my case my glans doesn’t swell when erect, the blood it gushing out the duracel vein, and I need to have another procedure to fix it.

What I’m basically saying is that my upper shaft is like super strong when I try to bend it downward and really weak when I’m bending it upwards, it’s really easy to bend it upwards.

Most of broken penises heal without scar tissue traces at months span. Actually, the nowadays prevalent opinion, I think, is that trauma can cause Le Peyronie disease only when there is some predisposition factor, mostly thought as a hereditary immune problem.

So, I don’t think there is any appreciable scar tissue in your penis. I suspect also that having an erection would be an issue with scar tissue in the penis.

So why one of the most common Attributes of Breaking a penis is the curve that lefts afterward? There is a scar that causes the curve, am I right?

TRAUMA AS THE CAUSE OF PEYRONIE’S DISEASE: PENILE FRACTURE AS A MODEL OF TRAUMA

ABSTRACT

Purpose:

This study was performed to determine whether patients with penile fracture or a long history of forcefully bending the erect penis (taqaandan), as models of acute and chronic penile trauma, had an increased rate of Peyronie’s disease (PD).

Materials and Methods:

The study included 193 surgical cases of penile fracture (average followup 85 months), 150 cases of long history of taqaandan, and 50 cases of PD. All 3 groups of patients were interviewed and physically examined.

Results:

Signs of PD were found in only 1 case of long-term taqaandan and in no case of penile fracture. None of the 50 cases of PD had a history of penile fracture.

Conclusions:

Severe, acute trauma of penile fracture and moderate, chronic buckling injury of taqaandan are not associated with later development of PD. These findings question whether the hypothesis that trauma, trauma-induced smoldering inflammatory cascade and aberrant wound healing are the main causes of PD. Alternative, plausible, evidence based explanations should be sought for the etiology of PD. Any theory on the etiology of PD should provide an explanation for total lack of occurrence of PD following the trauma of penile fracture.

The scar tissue that develops after a major penis injury tends to dissolve by itself when the healing process is completely done. That’s not a precise description, but it serves to our goals.

Yet another good reason for anal sex.

Taped onto the dashboard of a car at a junkyard, I once found the following: "Good judgement comes from experience. Experience comes from bad judgement." The car was crashed.

Primary goal: To have an EQ above average (i.e. streetsmart, compassionate about life and happy) Secondary goal: to make an anagram of my signature denoting how I feel about my gains

Then again… there’s the tuberosity of the ischium to worry about.

What does “trauma-induced smoldering inflammatory cascade and aberrant wound healing” even mean?

What it means, is that what was the prevalent opinion (trauma and scar production as cause of Peyronie disease) is probably false; what causes the Peyeronie disease is an abnormal scar production and healing. While in most of men scar tissue is produced in the right amount and mostly disappears at the end of healing, in some men there is an overproduction of scar tissue and of a kind that doesn’t mature, so it can be reabsorbed and so develops plaques. Hope it’s clear.

Marinera, I had a problem to understand your posts, you’re basically saying that there’s no way that I broke my penis and the result was my upward curve? Can you please simplifies things up?

Can it be that after a trauma a scar tissue developed and the result was my curve?
What about the bending part? Can everyone bend their own penis upward but not downward when erect?

In order to “fix” the curve I need to - stretch it and bend it to the other way when erect? If there’s a scar tissue, would bending and stretching reduce the damage?

Thanks.

Conquering my goals.

A bend can form in your penis after a penile injury, but it’s temporary if your healing processes are working normally. The current scientific opinion is that penile traumas are pretty common, but they heal by themself spontaneously without leaving traces of scar tissue.

But let’s assume there is scar tissue in your penis, so you had an injury that didn’t heal in a perfect way. In this case I think you should use a low amount of force for prolonged period of times to stretch the scar tissue; using a big amount of force, indeed, would mean risking to cause other trauma in different points, so other bends to correct. In your pants, I would use an extender to straigthen the curve.

Thanks, from what I’ve been reading, no one who used an extender succeeded with straighten his upward curve, some were able to fix left \ right \ down bends, but no one had luck with upward curve.

By the way, an extender supplies a low-big amount of force (well it depends how you use it) for big periods of time, do you think it will do the trick? Maybe an all day extender with an A stretch attached (:D ).

I’m saying, if a scar tissue caused the bend, it will be very hard for me to enlarge my penis, it’s not just the tunica that I’m against, it’s something more stubborn in addition.

Thanks again.
