What medicines have you been taking? As these may be the cause of your problems.

Does the sperm come out with urine after you have masterbated? Or often when you are just going to the toilet?

The wetness rather depends on what sort of wetness. Is it like water or ‘sticky?

But I’m just gonna have to say, who bloody cares about a bit of semen coming out, and if you do… Ask a doctor who can have a look and let you know, a urologist if possible.
