After an unhealthy weekend I weighed in at 193 lbs this past Sunday. (I’m 6’3”). I felt very bloated from drinking a few days. My diet wasn’t too bad besides that.
These last four days I was strict keto, eating in a 5 hour window between 1pm and 6pm, and of course no alcohol. I weighed in at 185 lbs today. That’s about my ideal weight. Want to stay at that weight and lose fat/add muscle.
Since going keto and incorporating IF my fat pad has gone from roughly 2” to 1”. I’d like to have it around .5”.
