In order to get better erections? (Subtle mental ed) Just flat out stop on a continual basis, and over time you won’t think about it again?

Let me just reiterate, when one thinks about their penis, it doesn’t seem to work as well as when one doesn’t think about their penis. I’m curious as to why as well, some sort of anxiety I suppose. But how does one finally, get over that ‘hump’ of thinking about their penis and finally achieve EQ greatness? Just simply try to stop thinking about it, and over time it will never be a thought that you were thinking about it? Looking for serious responses.

I think about my penis all the time, but I do not have problems getting hard. Are you stressed about not being able to get an erection? That is not exactly the same thing as thinking about your penis all the time - more like worrying about your penis all the time.

Help us out here - what exactly is the issue?

Yeah I guess that it is the worry. You’re right. How does one stop worrying about their penis, to achieve EQ greatness? I’m at about an 8/9 in EQ, I want my 10/11, back. I’m 23. Just a psych issue. Worried of not achieving rock hard erections. Just stop worrying about it, and over time I won’t?

Lower EQ can be caused by a lot of different things, not just the mental state. If you are still pulling 8/9s (I assume that you are using a 1-10 scale and the 11 is a nod to Spinal Tap), then sex should not be a problem, just pride, eh?

For a while, I went through a period of 2-4 grade erections - like trying to fuck with a wet noodle. It sucked. But I got fixed up (surgery - long story) and now I am back to 8/9s with occasional 10s.

So, think about all the things that may have caused the change: diet, smoking?, injury, lack of exercise, bike/horse riding, medication(s), life change (death in family, new job, big move)… If there is no compelling physical/emotional reason, then yeah, you may just have to force yourself to like 8/9s and be happy with the occasional 10. You are, sad to say, not a teenager anymore. That does not mean that you perforce lose your superboner ability, but they do tend to happen a little less frequently and not at the drop of a hat. I found that by not worrying about how hard my dick is allows me to relax and focus on the pleasure that it is providing me, and I usually end up getting harder as a consequence.

Yeah just pride, I know it’s from my head up top. But I want to know how to bring them back, I’d assume just forgettin the issue entirely as to make it less of a habitual thought, and just ‘expect’ the 10/11’s back, and they’ll come back?

I’m as healthy as can be, no smoking, no junk food, healthy eater, proteins, complex carbs, and unsaturated fats, run frequently, workout more frequently, no caffeine, no drugs, hardly any ever any alcohol, etc. I might even be healthier than most teens, to be honest.
