How to increase Sperm Count, Vigor, Vitality, Potency and Stamina.

I am not worried about enlargement anymore, thanks for the advice in PE forums of Thunders Place. I started my PE routine few weeks back and hey it is working. My dick is getting better.
The theories are simple. Want go get bigger? Exercise the muscle. Want to last longer? Practice. There are no short-cuts in life. If you want something bad enough you have to work for it.
From many studies and researches people are suggesting that smoking reduces potency; and other articles suggest that eating Tribulus, Fish oil, onions, etc increases vigor.
I think dietitians or other sexual health experts can give an appropriate suggestion for this thread.
:-) I want to know the Exact DO’s and DON’T’s for increasing the sexual performance and sperm count of MEN.
