How to remove smegma under foreskin for uncircumcised guys

The dick cheese/smegma under my foreskin are big and solid. I can’t seem to squeeze them out of the penis. Seems like they are stuck at the foreskin, most are stuck behind the dickhead. I’ve been trying the whole hour.

How do you guys who are not circumcised get them out?

Soap and water perhaps?

Big and solid dick cheese is likely the result of letting dick cheese build up for decades in the first place.

I think your mixing up smegma with white dots . I’m sure these are nerve endings around the glans.

The foreskin’s quite tight and sticks to the dickhead, not sure if that’s gonna go through. But I will try.

I’m 25, never had a problem with smegma underneath the foreskin, but recently past year or so, it’s like they appeared from nowhere and are huge.

If you can’t wash it off, then you have something else.

You are right, I think I might have phimosis. Shit, do I need to go to the doctor to treat this? I searched around and read that it is a common thing in most men?? And wiki wrote that to treat it only when it causes discomfort or obstruction. Mine’s working alright. Just the smegma and being not able to fully retract,

Do those homecure products work? Any help guys?

Forget about smegma. If you’re not in pain it’s not an issue healthwise. Every mammal evolved a foreskin over the past 65 million years.

Most guys who have very tight foreskins can become retractable if they wish. It requires a few months of gentle stretching with betamethosone ointment (get that from a doctor). Be very gentle with the fingertip stretching. Set your alarm a few minutes early and do it in bed, then with each trip to the toilet, and again before you fall asleep. The devices linked above may help but you don’t need them.

I’ll say GENTLE again. If you tear your skin you could start a round of scarring that leads to getting parts cut off to alleviate scratching at the glans.

Thank you for the reply Tugger! I will stretch (pull back my foreskin towards the balls right?) as many times as I could and it solves the smegma problem as well.

I have a tube of betamethasone valerate 0.1%, does this work?

Wiki wrote “A cream with 0.05% betamethasone appears effective in treating phimosis in boys, and often averts the need for circumcision.”

Mine has valerate and is 0.1%.

If it was me or my child, I’d start with that, yes, but you should try and get a doctor’s opinion.

If you’re making an appointment, you must have the balls to ask: “Does the doctor have a foreskin?” or you may get someone who doesn’t value intactness.
