Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy

Has anyone here been through HBOT?
I had radiation treatment on my leg, and am now a candidate for this therapy.
I was reading that there are a few studies of its intended purpose for angiogenesis, with attendant enhancement of erectile function.

Thought experiment: What would happen if you were to pump at 2 ATM ambient pressure?
I don’t think the hospital would allow it, but still.

I got sent for a hyperbaric consult a few years ago, when I had problems with the skin on my penis healing after a staph infection. The doc said that hyperbaric treatment probably wouldn’t help.

Maybe not useful, but hey, it’s a data point.

BTW, their hyperbaric chambers looked like Japanese sleeping tubes, except they were angled and you slid down into them from the top. And they were pretty small; as fat as I was back then, I probably wouldn’t have fit inside one anyway.
