I have done PC exercises for about a year now. People on these forums definitely advocate these exercises but I’m pretty sure they’re fucking up my sex life. I found from these exercises that the initial quality of my erections to be rock hard (which is great). However once I do anything, beit masturbating or sex I struggle to keep it up. I found on herballove.com (http://www.herb … cle.asp?Art=432 ) all the symptoms that I have now. For example, I was getting head and was finding myself having to ‘pc squeeze’ just to pump blood into the penis to artificially keep it up.

I’ve read in the forums that herballove.com cannot be trusted but I tend to believe what they’re saying.

In any event, I’m going to discontinue the PC exercises and refrain from porn & masturbation which seems to be mucking me around. I’ll keep you guys posted with my results.

Any thoughts?

I’m glad you agree because it takes a tiny bit of stress away in that it is reversible.

As far as BC muscles workouts are concerned, I get an erection usually by pumping and continue to pump my penis and hold for various times for about 20-30 mins. Which in hindsight is probably overboard. I can now hold my BC muscle pretty much indefinitely which I thought was a good thing..

But I cannot get an erection now without pumping it up - definitely NOT a good thing.

Marinera - Do you disagree with what the article says? Or do you disagree with the article solely BECAUSE it is trying to make money? What is your experiences with the BC Muscle?

By the way I’m not about to buy those herbs, I’m just applying my experiences with the ones described in the article and there uncannily similar which is scary, in my opinion.

Petitfaun - haha it doesn’t say the prostate produces houses. It says the prostate produces, houses, and releases semen. HOUSES = STORES.

Well,

I was talking to a friend, and he could never keep it up during sex. And his girlfriend told him “XXXXXXXX, the reason why you can’t keep it up is because you need an emotional connection” and once he had that with her, he was all good.

I disagree because I can’t see how Kegel’s could destroy any muscles. I disagree because is poorly written and I can’t see who’s the author. Let’s stop here.

I have very little experience with Kegel’s: I haven’t done them so much. I think they can help erections; anecdotal evidence is large around here. What helped most my erections was jelq.

As far as word choice goes, it’s not the best BUT just because something is destroyed doesn’t mean it can’t be fixed though. (It is probably too strong a word BUT they are trying to sell a product).

NIZ - You could be right and it could be nerves and the need for an emotional connection, but I don’t think so hey. But I’m not against one if it came along haha.

If it turns out I find this emotional connection I’ll let you know! I’m definitely up for eating some words as long as I can get and keep it up.

I had written in my progress log - link in signature - about how I’m finding that not having an emotional connection is giving me some serious EQ problems. I’d gotten very used to kissing, touching, lots of foreplay and by the time I was going to have sex I was like a rock and would stay like a rock as long as I wanted, hours sometimes. Then I started getting into some 3somes and a new sexy woman in which the sex has been get undressed and go for it. No kissing or real touching at all. The EQ has been absolutely horrible.

Yes there comes a time in every young mans life where unless he’s drunk as a fish and ready to go find a glory hole, he realizes that some type of emotional connection is required for sex. Christ, ANY kind of connection would do. The biggest sex organ in the body YOUR BRAIN, can make you desire all sorts of things. But nobody wants to admit just how psychosomatic the rest of the body actually is. It doesn’t care what kind of lies the brain is putting out, it knows what to do.

So unless your in altered states, in which case an orifice will do, then you have to get honest with yourself about what it is you want or are doing. Of course too much altered state can lead to cock failure as well. ANY type of connection will do in most cases. Go back and re-read that chapter on rapport.

Kegels:

When Thunders first found me, I was driving a limo part time for extra money late at night. I spent hours driving around doing 1 or 2 second kegels. 5, 6, 8 hours some nights. I never strained it hard though, just 1 or 2 second kegels. The two best things that came of it were better EQ and, get this, bigger loads. Loads that got commented on during head. Morning wood also RETURNED.
I wrote some post about that way back when I think. I had just figured morning wood was something, the first thing, that went with age. Couldn’t remember the last time I had had it.

I think, as others have stated, that the real issue is that you’re over doing it. Your straining too hard. Anytime I do over do it, be it stretching, pumping, clamping, or any other PE exercise, erection quality diminishes greatly. Give your dick a good work out and it needs a nap. Diminished EQ is the indicator that you’re over doing it. You may not think so, but your dick is telling you otherwise.

Some of the vets, myself included, will tell you that it seems the longer you PE the less it seems to take to fatigue your dick.
That’s why everyone preaches moderation. You have to be in it for the long haul but you also have to proceed slowly and cautiously until such a time as you get to know your dick. How it responds to various forms of PE, etc. I know, it’s always been there right? Yes but now we’re trying to modify it.

My advice? STOP doing kegels until your EQ improves. The only magic herb that is going to make you rock hard is called VIAGRA.
The decide is you even want to do kegels any more. I rarely do them myself. If something is causing you an adverse effect then the simple solution is to stop doing it.

You are not the only one to experience negative results from over working the BC muscle. I think cutting back on the above, especially the porn, is a good idea.

Rootcap - I am 20 years old. Do you think it is possible that I may have just overworked a muscle that was in perfectly good working condition and that is why I am in the condition where I’m in?

You mentioned that you are older in your posts.. So do you think when you worked your BC muscle you restored it to good working condition? Whereas I overworked it? That seems logical..

Iamaru - I found it interesting that you mentioned that stopping porn was more important than BC workouts because after some thinking, so do I.

Since I have masturbated I have used porn. Porn is of course very visual whereas sex.. Well, is not so much. Haha. This is where I find my problems, I can’t keep it up without looking at porn.

Have you had a bad history of using porn?

What did you do to overcome and get to ‘normal’? How long did it take?
