Yes there comes a time in every young mans life where unless he’s drunk as a fish and ready to go find a glory hole, he realizes that some type of emotional connection is required for sex. Christ, ANY kind of connection would do. The biggest sex organ in the body YOUR BRAIN, can make you desire all sorts of things. But nobody wants to admit just how psychosomatic the rest of the body actually is. It doesn’t care what kind of lies the brain is putting out, it knows what to do.
So unless your in altered states, in which case an orifice will do, then you have to get honest with yourself about what it is you want or are doing. Of course too much altered state can lead to cock failure as well. ANY type of connection will do in most cases. Go back and re-read that chapter on rapport.
Kegels:
When Thunders first found me, I was driving a limo part time for extra money late at night. I spent hours driving around doing 1 or 2 second kegels. 5, 6, 8 hours some nights. I never strained it hard though, just 1 or 2 second kegels. The two best things that came of it were better EQ and, get this, bigger loads. Loads that got commented on during head. Morning wood also RETURNED.
I wrote some post about that way back when I think. I had just figured morning wood was something, the first thing, that went with age. Couldn’t remember the last time I had had it.
I think, as others have stated, that the real issue is that you’re over doing it. Your straining too hard. Anytime I do over do it, be it stretching, pumping, clamping, or any other PE exercise, erection quality diminishes greatly. Give your dick a good work out and it needs a nap. Diminished EQ is the indicator that you’re over doing it. You may not think so, but your dick is telling you otherwise.
Some of the vets, myself included, will tell you that it seems the longer you PE the less it seems to take to fatigue your dick.
That’s why everyone preaches moderation. You have to be in it for the long haul but you also have to proceed slowly and cautiously until such a time as you get to know your dick. How it responds to various forms of PE, etc. I know, it’s always been there right? Yes but now we’re trying to modify it.
My advice? STOP doing kegels until your EQ improves. The only magic herb that is going to make you rock hard is called VIAGRA.
The decide is you even want to do kegels any more. I rarely do them myself. If something is causing you an adverse effect then the simple solution is to stop doing it.
