Begin the newbie routine and do that and I can gurrentee you if you keep studying and follow that exactly as said you will be back to having rock-hard erections in no time. Jelqing is what you really need to concentrate on for penile health but there are length and girth benifits if done correcty. Defintly avoid erect jelqing for now even though it’s better for girth it’s probaly too dangerous in your penile condition. Try to jelq at about 10%-70% erection level and go slow and easy in the beginning making sure not to overtrain so you dick conditions and rests for growth. :)
I am 24 now and started PE last Febuary 2005 and have quit drinking alcohol the past 2-3 months because of family trouble and partly seriously because of PE. Because of PE because I knew it would lower my weight helping lower some of my fatpad exposing more inner penis making my dick longer to use and because I thought it might slow my gains a bit. When you get pretty hardcore into PE as I believe I have you tend to do what it takes to make those gains come a little quicker (it can get addicting, lol, don’t worry though I think you probaly can handle it), and for you if you stick with it PE might be the right motivation for you to quit smoking.
