Thanks, dookie9. Well, the thread has been almost unnoticed, but at least in the Spanish side of the forum it became an article of the Library (you can see the link in my signature). That Spanish version has one more pic.

This is the last illustration. It was allowed in the Spanish forum due to its didactic character. Here you are the translation in English.

Great illustrations and informative thread Shazzan, can’t believe this is the first time I see it.

Thanks for sharing ! :)

Please spread it, so that other people can make the most of the illustrations.

In the Spanish forum we realized that there are some people concerned about things like their pearly penile papules, thinking they have a disease, or about their smegma, which their identified like a fungus infection in the worst place they could have it, so they don’t dared go to the doctor. They told us they finally know they are not ill, just learning through these pics, thus knowing better their penises.

Thanks Shazzan!

Hi All,

I realize this is an old thread but I developed those “penis ribs” myself and I was scared at first, and then disliked by their appearance.

Can anybody explain where does it mean “pillars of the tunica albuginea”? As far as I know, the only existing pillars are the intracavernosal pillars. I have not been able to find anything related to tunica pillars in the anatomy books or anywhere. DO you guys know how do they form? And more importantly if there is anyway that we can get rid of them? I developed this after 10 days using a penis extender. I stopped automatically, but they never did fade away..

Thanks a lot guys,
