Infection calcification in spermadic tract
First I brake my leg the following day I felt an intense testicular pain saw the uro they found I had microlathiasis but he told me I shouldn’t have felt pain? The pain continued then my semen lost all it’s color and thickness I was ejaculating what looked like straight tap water I kid you not.
I wake up the next morning and the fascia around my penis has contracted incredibly, my penis is in a hard flaccid state! The uro is baffled, told me to give it some days. I do, the fascia eventually releases it’s choke hold on my shaft but my urethra has swolen to the size of a pencil and is no longer a soft spongy tissue but incredibly stiff. There is a lot of pain and my erect shaft is twisting!
The worse part about this is that the underside of the glans is pale white as if the corpus spongiosum is being strangulated of it’s blood supply competing with my Godzilla urethra. The corpus spongiosum has collapsed and the other corporal vessels shrunk to accommodate the corpus giving the appearance of thinning my penis. Soon there after I had developed several cysts along my epididymitis and a 2inch long by wide cyst on my spleen!
My Uro had no idea what was going on so he sent me to someone else. Cystoscopy and urinalysis revealed nothing. The urethra is palpable on inspection. After the new Uro put me on a course of antibiotics the pain had subsided and the swolleness in my spermadic cord disappeared. However my urethra, penis and semen are both still exactly the same. I am on another course of antibiotics but neither of my Uros have never heard of this and I none of the medical journals I’ve researched have even come close to describing something like this.The Uros can’t determine if this is caused by an infection or intraepithelial germ cell neoplasia.
If any one has any ideas please help me! I am considering cortisone shots in my urethra. We have also ruled out peyronies disease.
PS: Apparently many men who experience microlathiasis experience severe pain! I suspect that when I experienced my testicular pain it was obviously due to the fact I have some 20 stones that just developed overnight when I broke my leg and my immune system was down. It then spread to my urethra and then my spleen and has caused incredible pain I have heard that nanobacteria are self replicating infectious agent that is not alive and I know NASA and mayo are taking it very seriously. But there is alot of controversy because of their small size whether it’s just an autoimmune disorder or infection. All the uros were interested in it and believe I definitely have an infection that the nanobacteria live in the calcification’s and hide when the immune system attacks them.
But I am having a hard time getting in contact with specialists or if anyone has any ideas seriously I have been living in hell for a year, all my PEing has stopped and I was making incredible progress. Please any help to your fellow PEer would seriously be appreciated. Thanks for reading.
