Irritated skin on penis, Lotion?

The skin of my penis is irritated. Discolored, hot, desensitized, etc. Clearly my penis is getting too much attention, so I have to leave it be for some time before restarting PE.

Does anyone have any experience with lotions or such to help with the recovery process?

Two preparations I’ve used on my penis with good results are:

Eucerin Original Lotion - nice tcky consistency, zero scent. I use it to lubricate foreskin restoration device application.

AuquPhor Ointment - like Vaseline but recommended by my daughter’s dermatoligist for some reason. I use when I’m having a bout of dry skin (happens often since the outermost layer of skin doesn’t expand through restoration, it just sloughs off). I’ll take a night off from restoring and just slather on tons of AquaPhor before bed (after a good dampening, of course).

Apply any occlusive after bathing and dabbing yourself dry. Your skin really just needs a natural healthy moisture level, it doesn’t need lotion. The stuff you apply just seals it in.
