The doc is telling you what you want to hear so it must be true. Snake oil salesmen and scam artists have been getting rich since the dawn of time that way.

You should try Googling some before/after surgery pics. All of the surgical girth enhancements I’ve seen ended up looking pretty gnarly (not in a good way).

Yes, but I think it may take ages before any results could be noticeable using that methods and after some reading I’m not sure if they are any safer than a surgery.
