Hard training (overtraining), dieting, lack of sleep, excessive drinking, being fat, and so on all affect testosterone and other hormones. Free T is only one part of the picture, but yours seems ok.
The old TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone) “normal” range upper limit was 5. Several years ago it was dropped to 3. My TSH once tested a bit over 4. I was overweight, stressed and had been chronically short on sleep. It has never tested anywhere near that high since.
If I were you I’d wait a month or so and have it tested again, preferably when you aren’t overly stressing yourself with exercise, calorie restriction or whatever else. If it’s still high, then have more specific thyroid tests done.
