Any dopamine agonist will do. These are mostly used to treat Parkinson’s disease and RLS (Restless Leg Syndrome). Two very common medications are Requip and Mirapex.

The refractory period is caused by a rapid rise in Prolactin (which is the Antichrist of hormones for men). I take Requip for RLS and I’d say it does wonders for boosting sex drive and reducing the refractory period.

I was not actually able to get the preferred effect until using it regularly.

I think it is very individual. Mostly I feel that the desire to fall asleep after orgasm is reduced a lot. You can continue or resume sex. Activity much faster, but your erectile function )or dysfunction) is not affected.
